Developed by Hungarian born Juliu Horvath, GYROKINESIS® methodology is an innovative system of exercise that incorporates other movement principles from yoga, dance, gymnastics, swimming and tai-chi.
The goal is to release blocked energy, open the joints through repetition and gently stimulates the system. It is a total body work-out that builds flexibility and core strength while encouraging gracefulness.
This class is designed to be accessible to people of all ages and fitness levels.
Classes at Circule8 are offered in 6,7 and 8-week series format. Classes are one hour in duration and are $15 each when the series is purchased or $20 drop-in.
